A girl who is smart, hot, and very doubtful. The name came from Mongolian Chengis Khan's wife. She was known to be the most loving, sexiest, kind queen out of all of them. People say a Khulan has anger issues but really dosen't if you annoy her. Most khulans have the best style out of her friend group and if she dosen't have friends she'll make one them fast. If you have on girls night with her you'll be in love with her. All the guys want her. She's usually gonna be a drunk women when she grows up or a successful business women. Khulan is a popular girl. She might seem really mean but once you meet her and get closer with her she's a party animal and a comedian, she's your dream girlfriend or bestfriend. When she get older she'll usually have the hottest boyfriend and they'll usually get married. Khulan's always catches up with the latest styles, decor, and music, and is never late. Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
