It is based off of Amsterdam but is superior in many ways as it is home to the Dregs, lead by Kaz Brekker who is one of the best morally grey protagonists written, ever. It unfortunately also home to Pekka Rollins and Van Eck, both dispicable criminals of the evil, not-Kaz-Brekker sort.
