A drink made by combining Angry Orchard Cider with Fireball in a large pint glass. Also used a phrase for any drink that's simulatenously smooth, hot, sexy, crisp, and refreshing....

The man was angry until he dropped the Fireball into his Angry Orchard, forming the legendary drink "the keltana". After chugging the "keltana" he was in his happy place.
