Mario karted

Being in 1st place on the third lap in Mario kart. And being 10 seconds from the finish line, when you get smacked by a blue shell, then a red shell, then knocked off the course, brought back in by lakitu, hit by a bullet bill, and a star, causing you to fall off again, and then you finish in 12th place

Player 1: I'm about to win!
*blue shell*
*Red shell*
*knocked off*
*ran over by bullet*
*hit by starman*

*falls off again*
*finishes last*

Mario Karted

To be in the lead in something or to have a streak of success, only to have your success snatched away from you at the last moment, possibly through unfair or unjust means on the part of the person beating you.

Popularised from the game's frequent result in which a 1st place can be snatched away just before the finish line with a powerup.

Can be used as a more friendly version of cockblocked.

"I was so close to making out with this girl, but then Bill Mario Karted the hell out of me by buying her a drink before I could"

Karadyn

A Karadyn is usually a lively, never meet a stranger kind of girl. She has a lot of influence over her peers and uses it for good, never for her own gain.

She is olive skinned and has beautiful brown eyes. She has very high standards for herself & others. She is spiritual, but not religious.

She is very giving and gives to the needy. She often comes from a family that was centered around God and you can tell just by being in her presence.

I really hope my daughter is a Karadyn when she grows up!

KaraÐoz

A recently discovered folklore from Croatia, KaraÐoz is a mischievous creature approximately 2 to 6 inches in height with the appearance of a caveman covered in full length body hair (no skin visible through the hair.) With tiny black eyes and tiny razor teeth, the KaraÐoz is said to live in the walls of people who seem to always have troubles with their environment. The KaraÐoz is most known for eating or chewing on electrical cabling within the walls of homes.

As with many regional folklores and mythology, this one has crossed the globe and found its way to America, but with the mis-translation to CuttaJoes (phonetic pronunciation of KaraÐoz) . The myth is the same though, with the CuttaJoes playing pranks and wreaking general havoc in the dwellings of those that continually have bad luck.

If one were to have continuing problems with their cable television, it would be said that maybe they have "the KaraÐoz lurking about".
