The owner of SA-MP and a dictator abuser from the 21st century, mostly known for his -so- dramatic issues with MTA:SA.
Not to mention the versioning system he follows ( 0.3-DL-R3R2R1-RC1 ) or the each-half-decade-releases, he is also known for filtering YouTube ( You(Them)Tube or utube as he says ) and Google ( 1e100 or googol ) words in his old vBulletin forums software.
The SA-MP community is having a tough time by now ( Sept. 2018 ) as he insanely started banning every single person who tries to criticize his project or skills.

Guy 1 : "Another user has been banned on the SA-MP forums!"

Kalifornistan

Shortened name for the People's Republic of Kalifornistan - a name referring to California; specifically, it's laws regarding gun ownership.

Though rarely, if ever, used in a crime, Kalifornistan has outlawed what they deem to be "evil" rifles - such as the AR-15 (civilian variant of the military M16) and the AK-47 - in any non-California legal variation. Having a number of "evil" features (such as a forward pistol grip, which is no more dangerous than having a tuna fish as a weapon) are limited in the number allowed on a given firearm. Any magazine above 10 rounds is illegal, since only the 11th shot fired from a firearm can kill someone.

The legislation put forth by the People's Republic of Kalifornistan has clearly worked, as Los Angeles still tops the list as one of the most dangerous places in the United States.

If Kalifornistan entirely outlaws firearms, the state will be much safer. Hardened street thugs and criminals never break the law, so there is no need to worry.

Krizz Kaliko 

Amazing Rapper from the independent label Strange Music. He has been featured on many of Tech N9ne's songs, has 3 albums (Vilitigo, Genius, Shock Treatment) and 1 EP (S.I.C.).
He suffers from a skin disease, Vilitigo, which gives him smooth white patches on parts of his body. Anyone who judges him for so will get smacked by me.
Tech and Krizz go back all the way from the 90s. Tech made a song called "Who You Came To See" and Krizz said that the song could have a better hook. Tech allowed Krizz to prove it, soon after he did so he was signed to Strange Music.

You usually kno Krizz Kaliko is coming with his verse when he calls out
"Kali baby!"
One may think he's saying "Cali Baby" but he's from Kansas City, Missouri. Kali is short for Kaliko. (:
