J.O.F or JOF (Joff) means Jerk Off Figure or Jerk Off Figurine. Typically anime, manga, or video game based figurines made of PVC or vinyl. Many feature large breasted women or ripped men with unrealistic proportions in unrealistic positions. Now being sold in small mall based boutiques and pop culture stores across the United States and online.
