Someone who is very intelligent, using long words in every sentence such as niggardly and brolic, but is a very smelly individual. Having earwax dribbling out of his ear and toenails that will make you screech. You see this person walking down the hallway towards you, forcing you to run as fast as possible in the opposite direction. Jetro Lot

Adjacent to Lot N (and often synonymous with it) at the Sports Complex in South Philly, the Jetro Lot is the location of a number of larger tailgates for events at the complex. These tailgates also tend to turn into some of the rowdiest at any event. In other words this lot is friggin sweet!
