The blend of hospitality and hostility exhibited by most long-time servers in a restaurant. Also known as the art of telling someone to fuck off in a way where they look forward to the trip.

If you're gonna work here, you're going to have to learn hospitility. If not, the extra ranch crowd will eat you alive.
