Like a wedgie but with the hood of your hoodie. A person sneaks up behind you and pulls your hood over your eyes. To add insult to injury they can also tie the strings of your hood so your a stuck in a permanent hoodgie.

A form of farewell in which one shoots another whilst shouting obscenities. This is a common expression in "the hood," where shootings and the such run rampant.

Hoodrat A: "I'm sorry, but I don't got the money!"
