1) A mash-up of the words “hoe” and “hoax” generally used to detest the actions of a person of disagreeable nature towards the speaker. Most notably when the speaker can assure that two conditions have been met: the assailant in question is fake; the assailant in question is a hoe

2) A fake ass hoe

E.g.
