A slacker of who shifts his jobs off on someone else due to his feeling of superiority. Typically this superiority is due to his incessant need to make up for his penis size. A hinderks like to show his superiority through self-serving means, which may consist of:
Driving a large truck
A**F*cking his wife with his "smallcock"
General loser attitude
