Someone that is commonly known as Hillary. Hillroy is the male counterpart for hillary. It also can be a nickname for somone named Hillary. And be used in the phrase: "Hillroy, my boy!"

A cross between a redneck and a Nimrod that is typically found in their natural habitat in the Southern scary part of Wadsworth outside of some sketch bar. Their known to wear their native clothing of flannel and cut off jeans shorter then daisies on the dukes of hazard. Their native language is a mixture of Wadsworthese and Banjo And can commonly be seen driving around in their souped up 1999 Ford F150 raised 5' from the ground And displaying a Confederate flag.

Tammy has to drive past several hillrods on her way home from work.
