Huesch is a German word that has no real meaning. It's just an expression of mind diahrrea. You can say it to confuse others.

"Entschuldigen Sie bitte?" - "Ja?" - "Huesch!!!" -> (total confusion occurs)

Translated: "Excuse me?" - "Yes?" - "Huesch!!!"
