Gymflation 

A modern phenomena in which levels of fitness (weights lifted, body shape and size), are considered less and less impressive in 2025 than say in 2015. This leads to a rise of body dysmorphia, and an increasing amount of steroid use in younger populations.

Person 1: "My son just hit 135 on bench press! I'm so very proud of him."
Person 2: "Due to gymflation, that really isn't very impressive for a 16 year old."

Gymflation 

A phenomenon where similar physiques or feats of strength are considered less impressive over time, primarily due to social media and high performers flooding algorithms and setting a false perception about what is average.

1) 90% Of these Tick Tock influencers are on gear. That's not a natural physique. Man gymflation is wild.

2)I had his first gymflation experience recently. I couldn't figure out how all these old guys were benching twice as much as me until I realized half of them were on TRT.

3) Due to gymflation 315 is the new 225.

4) Due to gymflation literal superhero physique in 2012 would be considered mid today.

Gayflation is the act of counting all kinds of other types of sexual preferences into the LGBTQ numbers in order to inflate how many people are actually in that "tribe."

This guy claims that ten percent of the population is LGBTQ. Man, that's like five times gayflation.
