The extra power that is needed to successfully acomplish an extreamly demanding physical skill.
First used in a trampoline class to convey to the athlete the amount of effort she was to employ in her attempt to learn a new skill.
She was successful!

Come on Germyndina, you can do it!
You just need to give it more!
Give it some ..."GAHUMPHA!"
