1) Where you are sitting comfortably (normally on a sofa) watching tv and not engaging in any form of conversation.

2) Describing someone as gormz, means they are laughably useless at their job and you should not expect much from them.

gormless walker 

A pedestrian walking on a bike parth or on a bush track used by mountain bikers who are dozy, have a vacant expression, they are oblivious to their surroundings, with their mouths agape, they lack situational awareness.

when alerted to the presence of bike riders they always act like startled rabbits and step in front of the rider

I rung my bell but the gormless walker stepped right in front of my bike, she was a candidate for a darwin award.
