Goose up or "goosing up" would be an action taken when you are drinking vodka, in particular, grey goose. Instead of having a drink or drinking up, you are goosing up, which is the process of becoming intoxicated, or goosed up, which means you are intoxicated.

I am going to Atlantic City to Goose up and rip the dance floor.
