Goofnut

Derived from the word, "goofball," exchanging the word "ball" with "nut" as they are words both used to describe testicles.

Goofnut, means to be a nut and a goof; can be used as an insult or a compliment.

1. A person who repeatedly bounces off the walls in convulsive laughter.
2. Someone who is extremely talented at producing BS and making it sound valid and at the same time completely hysterical.
3. Someone who is obviously in a weird mood and isn't making any sense.

Slang term for marijuana cigarettes (joints) dating back to at least the 1940s.

"Uncle Jim was in the Navy during World War II and he said they smoked joints onboard all the time. They called them 'goofbutts'."
