gobbledygooch

The performing of fellatio whilst stroking the area between a mans balls and his asshole. Believed to be derived from the term Gobble: perform fellatio and Gooch.
Not to be confused with the term Gobbledygook

I asked her for a Gobbledygooch.
She gave me a good Gobbledygooching.
That's about as slick as a gobbledygooch. (to indicate something is particularly pleasing).
