Gimple-Speak

When characters in The Walking Dead universe begin to give long-winded nonsensical and unrealistic monologues about why the world is different now and why that's okay. It often times is followed by or preceding some other philosophical babble to try and enhance the "philosophically" written dialogue which is mostly anything but. These are usually written by or match the tone directly of Scott M. Gimple. Avid showruiner of The Walking Dead franchise.

Person 1: "Hey, did you watch the new episode of Fear The Walking Dead last night? Did you hear Morgan's speech?"

Person 2: "No, I'd rather not subject myself to 'Gimple-Speak' which infests both shows now."

Gimli glider

1. Refers to Air Canada Boeing 767 C-GAUN (c/n 22520), which on July 23, 1983 ran out of fuel over Northern Ontario, and glided to a landing at an abandoned airfield in Gimli, Manitoba. At the time, this was the first ever dead-stick landing of a jet airliner. The aircraft was subsequently recovered from Gimli and flew for Air Canada for another 25 years before being finally retired in January 2008.

2. Subsequently, the term 'Gimli glider' has become Canadian slang for a particularly glaring screw-up.

Gimpleton

Akin to the simpleton, but much more gimpish! Looks awkward and has a terrible gait, dresses badly but never gives up because of an iron willed determination. Given half a chance, it would inform you of facts for a good hour and a half. Glasses are usual, but thats not a hard and fast rule. (as sometime the specs are in the top pocket of the shirt)

Dont, its a gimpleton you might live to regret it.
