This phrase is two-fold in its meaning. The Gamma Male is 3rd in the ranking of masculinity, Alpha being top dog, and Beta being the "everyday man". Many are happy to be Yes Men for the Alpha Male.

The Gamma Male takes on feminine traits in order to camoflauge himself and ingratiate himself with the Beta and Gamma females, hoping to get a sympathy lay. Gamma Males will often try to master one particular field (for instance a programmer or other type of tech geek).

The Gamma Male often has a cold intelligence, & can often make money, because money is everything to a Gamma Male.
A Gamma Crusher is an Alpha Male who in his own life is "Crushing". Living life on his own terms and succeeding at whatever he does, usually having decided through trial and error that finding a good wife who can bear him children which gives him an outlet for all his energy and passing his wisdom and strength onto the next generation is most the fulfilling. The Alpha uses his ability to "crush" in all aspects of his own life to unearth the Gamma Male who can sometimes mistake themselves for Alpha's, due to monetary success.

Peak Gamma Males may be titans of Silicon Valley, top Banking names, old money families, etc.
Therefore a Gamma Crusher is an Alpha Male who exposes Gamma Males for what they are - narcissistic sociopaths who'll do anything for $$$ and the touch of a beautiful woman.
