Gall is used as a nickname for anyone one with the surname Gallagher. People with this nickname are usually hipsters and are into hentai and anime. Altough not sporty they can be seen walking but prefer to spend time playing games in a dark room. They also are know for their bed skills and licking out abilities.

Gall Chall
The Gall Chall is a shorter name for the gallon challenge. Its a much better name and easier to pronounce.
The Gall Chall itself is a competition in which competitors must all chug a gallon of milk, and the last person to vomit wins.
If no one can finish the gallon without vomiting, the the person with the least milk remaining wins.

A slang term for GLP-1 medications(like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, etc.), usually referring to their appetite-killing, weight-loss, or “I forgot to eat” effects rather than the medical details.
