the opposite of badass - used to describe something unamusing and generic.
"Dude, i have finally beaten that game you told me about!"
"Yeah no, even my grandma can do it on easiest difficulty, that was pretty goodass."
goodass by Ryor97 November 10, 2024
Behavior that fits the criteria for "badass" (so brave stuff, basically) but is motivated by virtuous intentions. It's not just "Look how badass I am", but "This is just the practical means to an end."
Person 1 and 2 are watching underground street fights with cash prizes.

Person 1: "Wow. That person's a badass. They're beating everyone."

Person 2: "I heard they have a loved one with a chronic health condition and the prize money goes toward medical bills. That's why nobody can just goad them into a fight by using a callout. They'll blow off anything like that in any context, because it's not a pride thing. If there's no money and nobody's in danger, they won't fight anyone. More like a goodass!"

Surf Dracula Syndrome

A phenomenon in film/television series, most notably streaming series, where the main premise is drawn out to such a point that it takes an entire season or more to get the parts of the series the audience is actually interested in seeing.

For example, if a series is titled "Surf Dracula," a majority of viewers would tune in expecting to see Dracula surfing by the first or second episode. However, the entire first season would instead be tedious padding and backstory before finally ending with Dracula surfing in the last five minutes of the season finale.
I watched "Smallville" on Netflix the other day. Dude, it was ten seasons of filler before he finally flew! Major Surf Dracula Syndrome!
