Unlike autocrats, bureaucrats, or technocrats, a fucknocrat is a technology executive that advances by talking a good game but ultimately to the demise of a software product, a hardware development, or the company as a whole. Fucknocrats fool other members of the executive team to advance while wreaking havoc along the way. Fucknocrats have no loyalty to the organization but only to their own warped perspective .

That fucknocrat just lost us the Microsoft deal.

The event of when the sex between two individuals reaches the point of being so explosive, that it has left obtrusive evidence of the event to the rest of the world, in some cases affecting or even harming those who happen to be innocent bystanders.

fuckocracy 

The fuckocracy is the system by which power is distributed in many first-world western countries. It’s a basic meritocracy, but instead of individuals with merit weilding power, it is rather based on the manner in which sexual availability dictates who holds power or potential success. Which is to say, the merit one wields is directly proportional to sexual maturity/availability/desirability.

You'll be invisible in the fuckocracy if you're between 40 and 60.

a sense of power or prestige built on having screwed other people (either literally or figuratively) within a bureacracy or group.

example 1: Even if the boss likes you, you won't get promoted unless Bob from HR likes you. Otherwise he'll find a way to screw you out of the job. He's got his own little fucktocracy going.

example 2: In our dorm, Stacy gets what she wants from both the men and the women. All the guys want to fuck her and she'll fuck over the women by having sex with their boyfriends if they cross her. She's queen of her own little fucktocracy.
