When life just keeps giving you a stiff one right in the starfish and all you can say is a self defeating response usually meaning you give up and life can have it's way with your nuts any way it sees fit. This expression is usually said in a bar amongst friends, in a casino by a woman with big and hairy hands, or in the car when you didn't get the promotion you felt you deserved.
