When an opportunity for you comes up because someone else is "fucking up", so you take advantage of their screwing up.

Guy1: "Man, Captain Lew is screwing up... he's not doing his job or anything right for our program."
Guy2: "Dude you could totally get his rank AND Position if you catch em' on the fuck up."
Guy1: "Dude, i dont want to be a douche but you might be right... next time he messes up , ima pick that slack right up."

When a person retaliates, the Fuckemup Karen will use their cat-like reflexes to grab their phone and stream pn Facebook live. Other characteristics include, shit hair, usually divorced, gets off on talking to managers and usually wearing expensive brands to show "power"
