To cause one's self an injury out of pure stupidity or clumsiness.
Usage: "I'm not sure if it's from walking 5 miles in 4 inch heels or from trying to master the Breakfast Club dance, but my calves are francoed!"

This was derived from '127 Hours' and James Franco's character getting himself in a jam simply by slipping.
