International taco fortnight originated around 2012 in the Monterey Bay Area of California and is an annual festive event to celebrate tacos and Mexican cuisine in general, lasting one fortnight (or longer if desired). We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay.
