Used to describe something that is both large or "fat" and simultaneously great, impressive, or awesome. Can be applied playfully, sarcastically, or as a compliment, depending on context.

Alternate usage:

Sometimes used to hype up an over-the-top exaggerated situation, blending size with quality.
Tone: Informatl, humorous, and context-driven.

Those burgers were fatnastic - huge and amazing at the same time.
