Fasthole

Any driver in the fast lane, doing the same speed as cars in the slow lane, and refusing to move into the slow lane even when a gap is present. Prohibits faster traffic from being able to use the fast lane to pass other drivers.

Sorry we're late, we got caught behind a fasthole on the interstate.

Someone who thinks they're better than another runner simply because they are faster.

Steve is a fasthole, he's such a jerk to anyone who can't run a sub-3 marathon.

Fasthole

A driver who only drives over the speed limit and always has to pass everyone. What an ass!

I was driving down this road and this car came out of nowhere and sped past me. What a fasthole!
