Fudtanyl has been amplified since opioid crisis around the world, since fentanyl and it's derivatives like carfentanil or sufentanil are more potent than another opioid (codeine, heroin, morphine, dextromethorphan, tramadol, etc.), so the therapeutic dose and lethal dose is extremely close (you can accidentally kill yourself by touching fentanyl)
