Definition: The act of intentionally or unintentionally stalling, derailing, or filling airtime with idle talk, nonsensical blabbering, irrelevant anecdotes, or total non-sequiturs, usually to avoid answering a direct question, delay a decision, or simply hear oneself talk. Comparable to dilly-dallying.
