Existential Crisis 

An "Existential Crisis" is when and individual person starts to question their entire existence and questioning if being alive even has a point or if it's all pointless. It also is hard to get out of because when you are debating if reality has a purpose it gets in the way of everyday things, like Making Cereal or Recording Videos or any sort of activity.

Existential Crisis's include the EXITING topics of...:
-The inevitability of death
-The crushing loneliness of realizing all humans inherently are and will die alone
-The absurd meaninglessness of the universe and as far as we know there is no reason or purpose for human existence

Existential Angst 

Existential Angst is the relation to one being aware of the possibility that life lacks meaning, causing an extreme form of anxiety, and a feeling of despair or hopelessness.

One who is an Existentialist may also have the Angst from the realization of one's true freedom. The normal example for this would be like one standing on the edge of a cliff. Someone with anxiety may fear falling off, but someone with Existential Angst, however not only fears falling off but dreads the possibility of throwing themselves off in a sense that "nothing is holding them back".

I often feel scared that life is pointless or lacks meaning causing my Existential Angst.

I was afraid that I might jump off the edge of the cliff falling to my death because I had an impulse of amorality from my Existential Angst.

Existential Crisis 

A period in which you contemplate the meaning of life, your purpose in life, the inevitability of death, etc.

This can last from a few minutes up to a month. Best done lying on your tummy face down on a flat surface (usually the ground) with hands by sides. Can occur at any time during the day.

Most commonly occurs among people in their 20s as they have just become free and are living their own lives and making decisions which will impact them in the long run.

(n.) One who follows the philosophy of existentialism.

Existentialists get a bad rap due to the fact that some retards treat it as if it's a philosophy of despair. However, it's quite the contrary. While the philosophy does state that life has no meaning, the notion is not intended to make the individual powerless, but rather empowered to live life with a sense of exuberance and accomplishment in order to give meaning to his/her existence.

Furthermore, existentialism emphasizes individuality and personal responsibility for the ramifications that come with being an individual. Since the individual possesses the freedom of choice to choose his/her experiences and non-experiences, he/she is solely the one responsible for the consequences that come with these actions and non-actions.

In layman's terms, you shouldn't be a bitch and direct the finger of blame at somebody else for the shitty decisions you make in the process of finding yourself.

(adj.) Genearlly, a bullshit term the valley girls of the intellectual world will apply to describe, fallaciously(!!!), something synonymous to "angsty/edgy but, still, like, totally cool." These sentiments further tarnish the existentialist movement.
