Contrary to "El Greco" a famous and wonderful artist, "El Drecko" means "the shit" or a person who is an asshole and a low life. (the word "dreck" means garbage or shit, in yiddish).
My boyfriend was constantly putting people down, showing off and being mean to everyone, including me. I nick named him, "El Drecko" or in other words, "a piece of shit".
