Logan Echolls 

The rich psychotic jackass on the show Veronica Mars and is the son of two rich famous actors, who at first is the teenaged nemesis of Veronica Mars who would mouth off at people, beat up cars with a tyre iron, pick fights, run a reign of terror at Neptune High.

He softens when he falls for Veronica Mars, and becomes protective of her.
Veronica: "and don't forget Logan Echolls. Every school has a psychotic jackass. He's ours."
