Drinksy

A possible state of being after having consumed alcohol. On the drunken scale, it is higher than buzzed but lower than full-on drunk. Possibly synonymous with tipsy.

Is often used by people who are in fact, drunk, but have convinced themselves that they are not.

No, I wasn't really drunk last night, just kind of drinksy.

A person who cannot have a shit in public or a person who is shy and says a lot of bullshit. Used more as an insult, pronounced d~wink~shat~in, normally spoken in Irish/ Scottish accent.
