The Dumpire, eyes googling from the recent ingestion of acid, eye site further impaired from the poor condition of his official Dumpire Association shades, takes a swig from his glass of rose.
After what feels like an eternity it becomes clear the Dumpire is not only unaware of his surroundings, but of anything that has occurred in the previous 30 mins of adjudication.
