Dumbass Tax 

Another word for the lottery, as coined by bill nye and idubbbz. It essentially forces poor people who don't know enough about math, pay a sum of money and get nothing in return.

darren: "You hear about that hundred million dollar end of year lottery? The ticket line went for miles.."
davo: "that's what you call the mandatory dumbass tax"
