A fail commited by a douche, usually talking with a nerd, which causes complete embarassement to the douche.

Douche: Do you know this program called firefox which is 10 times more awesme than IE?
Nerd: Do you know that I've been using that program since I was 11 years old?
Douche: oops, I think I just made a douche fail

douchepail

A douchepail is some complete and total asshaberdasher who exhibits more douchebaggery than a douchebag, but less than a douchebucket.
The logic here is that a pail is generally smaller than a bucket.

Linda is such a fucking douchepail for stuffing up all of the shitbowls in Dorm C with Scottowels!
