A combination of the character Count Dooku from Star Wars and real life military officer Oskar Paul Dirlewanger, giving the refined class of Dooku with the brutality of Dirlewanger, making the final product a sort of Emperor of Death.

Or an act that would be described as horrible and immoral but you and a couple others treat it as boyish fun.
