In context, it is used to people like friends, peers colleagues, or enemies.

Doggity

Something that is appalling or absolutely horrible. Rancid, mank, disgusting and terrible are synonyms of "doggity".

This word is made-up, coming from the idea that dogs are typically associated with very bad things.

"Doggity" essentially means that something is extremely terrible or horrible, but is generally not used in serious contexts, so it is reserved for casual conversation.

The state you are in after gooning. When in the “Doogily” state it can be harder to complete normal activities due to your extreme drunkenness like state.
