(Noun) It is the pronunciation of the acronym D.I.T.M. which stands for "Dick In The Mouth."

1) It is the language spoken by a man/woman who wishes to perform oral sex on someone.

2) Term used to describe someone's carnal intentions ; usually relating to oral sex.

2) She can not speak a lick of english, but I heard she was fluent in ditum.

ditmer 

A student parking lot at Miami University. It is known for being far away from everything on campus and for being the place that all the freshmen and sophomores have to walk miles to in order to get there car even in 6 feet of snow.

I left my car at Ditmer and it sucks!

Ditmas Park 

A village sandwiched between flatbush, midwood and Borough park in New York City. The most diverse neighborhood in New York city in 2002. Home to a lot of flowers, trees, squirrels and victorian houses.

I took the Q train to Ditmas Park and it took me an hour.

A great word, used sarcastically to insult somebody who feels bad about themselfs or has hurt themselfs and is talking about it. The injury is usually minor but emphisised.
