Distrumpia

the sensation that occurs upon realizing a prominent figure actually said, wrote, or did something so staggeringly stupid and/or insensitive it was originally believed to be satire; named for chronicly stupid and insensitive Donald Trump; alt. spelling “dystrumpia;” the state of distrumpia is “distrumpic,” alt. spelling “dystrumpic.”
I thought the late night shows were making fun of Donald Trump by exaggerating his inability to spell, but when I relaized he really did spell hamburger as “hamberder,” I was overcome with distrumpia.

I thought the story about the video of Kevin Spacey responding to his felony charges with an in character Frank Underwood video, but got some serious distrumpia when I saw the video.
