To rank (usually on a scale of 1-10) a person on the basis of the group, class, or category to which the person belongs rather than according to actual merit.

While waiting in the airport for their flight, Todd and Scott discrimirated all passers-by. At the end of the day, they had agreed upon which individuals were the "blackest" and "whitest".
