Another name for a rather large behind. Derives from a popular cocktail in southern Jersey bars. Word that is soon to hit the rap video circuit before you know it.

Ex. Driver: Something's blurring my vision.
Son: What is it Daddy?
Driver: A damn DiSandro, that's what it is. Hard to keep my eyes off.
