Decaeneus also known as "Decaeneus, Emperor of Pedophiles" is a schizophrenic, racist, homophobic and religious person. He is very cool and based and it's the best yu-gi-oh player that I, the writer of this article know of. He also likes tanks a lot and his anime wife. One of Decaeneus's friends is Radu, they met on a discord server and since then they are friends.
