Diaforet, originated from the Greek word diaforetikós (different) and the Greek word syntrofos (mate). Combination refers to the overall phobia of different mates. So yeah, this word is the official phobia for inter-species relationships.

I was appalled and exhibited great Diaforetsynobia when I found out who my roommate was dating.
