used as a noun; describing someone (usually a female) who expressed deep and emotional bitchyness, who is worth of getting a slap with a shovel and a punt in the vagina. Also, a derogitory term for a whore skank slut bag, or a greatly disliked girl who shows a hatred to everyone and everything good in life, and should die an early, painfully slow death.

Person A: did you see Jane yesterday? she was barely wearing a shirt.
Person B: ughh yes, she is such a cunterfly.
