Share definition Flag
A wimpy-ass little bitch of a man, who is such a huge cuck, that they would rather build a raft to run away on than confront the guy railing his butt slut lady friend.
Yeah man, I was balls deep in Tony's girlfriend last night when he walked in on us, but he was such a Cuckleberry Finn that he just decided to go to his parents house to jack off instead.

Cuckleberry Finn

Share definition Flag
a man who claims he wants a serious relationship but is emotionally weak, chronically avoids accountability, and makes excuses instead of putting in effort. He doesn't know himself well enough to know better, so he continues creating chaos wherever he goes, like an emotional Tasmanian Devil. He's charming in theory, and useless in practice. He excels at chaos, fails at follow through, and can never text when it matters.
"He told me he wants a serious relationship, but leaves a trail of chaos everywhere he goes. Peak Cuckleberry Finn. "
"Cuckleberry Finn: the man who makes drama a lifestyle and accountability a myth. "
"He avoids confrontation, shrinks under discomfort, and somehow still thinks he's irresistible. Emotional cowardice at its finest: Cuckleberry Finn"
"So many guys on dating apps have Cuckleberry Finn energy: They claim to want the benefits of love, but they run from responsibility, honesty, and confrontation like a scared little boy."
"He's giving Cuck Finn energy since he can't hold a tough conversation, and leaves a wirlwind of chaos behind him."

Huckleberry Friend

Share definition Flag
Evokes someone with whom one has a carefree, innocent, hopeful, gentle friendship. Bucolic wanderers and dreamy wonderers. Those with which to share a sun-drenched youth.
"As a child, Johnny Mercer, (lyricist of the song 'Moon River'), picked huckleberries (like wild blueberries) in the summer. To him, the berries had a personal connection with a carefree boyhood, strengthened by association with Mark Twain's character Huckleberry Finn. The implication was that Holly Golightly, who was actually of hillbilly stock, and Huckleberry Finn might well have been friends, if ever they had met." from 'Love Me Tender: The Stories Behind the World's Favourite Songs' by Max Cryer.

Oh, dream maker, you heart breaker
Wherever you're going, I'm going your way.
Two drifters, off to see the world
There's such a lot of world to see
We're after the same rainbow's end,
Waiting round the bend,
My huckleberry friend,
Moon River, and me.

Striver

Share definition Flag
The striver is an interesting phenomenon that is seen across college campuses. In essence, the striver is an over-achiever who comes from a working or middle class family. He may be an immigrant. He may have been a slacker in HS who was "born again" into an academic wunderkind. Or he may just be an over-achiever who is keeping at it.

The striver is willing to sacrifice his social life at the expense of Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude. The striver is the guy who stays at the library long after you are gone. The striver is the guy who takes 30 credits/semester and considers anything below an A/4.0 failure. The striver doesn't work on campus, he is too busy finding ways to pad his resume instead of working retail or workstudy. The striver lets his grades pay his education by applying to ten scholarships a year.

The striver is a future Soros/Fullbright/Rhodes/Gates/Marshall/etc. fellow. The striver lives to study. For the striver, their fun comes from the rewards they expect to receive in return for their diligence. Be it Law School, B-School, academia, or politics. The striver seeks to find the American Dream through academic success.
Anthony was a striver. He transfered from a TTT to an IVY and graduated in 2 years. He studied his ass off and went to Penn Law. He got a Biglaw offer. But lost it all because of an unmoderated mesasgeboard.
