A slacker, someone who is so stoned they can't, sometimes someone on crack, just an insult.

Person 1: hey look at that guy, he hasn't been in school all year.

Person 2: Ikr
Person 1: I think he's on crack.

Person 2: yup, he's a crackshit alright
